Work Description: Tankless Water Heater - Repair

Comments: A bit manipulative and pushy. Rapid increase of cost of service ending with a higher than expected final estimate which was verifyably over the top, i.e., going beyond reasonable. I would not recommend them.
We’re sorry you feel that way Margaret. We advised not to repair and just replace due to the unit being 20+ years old. Also, we replaced this unit before you had any funds, and still haven’t been paid. I believe we were very helpful and responsive.
