Work Description: Repair main sewer line
Comments: Henry Velasquez stole $12k and never did any work. Don't pay upfront. Not a serious business. Henry is also not a certified plumber. He is using his minority company owners certificate, but that person, David B Hart will not do any job. David has been reprimanded by the Plumbers association for this in the past, but they keep getting away with it unfortunately

Work Description: He has done a lot of work for me over the years including installing a boiler, new water heater, replaced the sewer line, and minor repairs as well.
