Comments: As a new homeowner its very hard to know if the quality of any home repair service will be worth the price, especially in fairfield county. Needless to say I was very nervous when reviewing contractors to replace my roof. Classic Property Solutions was not the first or last group I received quotes from but when the time came, this is the group I felt most comfortable with. They treated me fairly, and did a good job at explaining the what, and the what-ifs,because that is always a consideration in home repair. Other contractors were very transaction oriented and did not treat what was a big purchase and project to me, as so. The decision was easy, the work was efficient, and the clean-up afterward was impeccable. Comments: A big THANK YOU to Jim, Mike, and the crew at Classic Property Solutions for the outstanding job they did on my roof. I have a multi-pitched roof that was damaged in a hail storm. To make a long story short, the insurance company adjuster wanted to replace the shingles on four of the six roof slopes and then “patch-in” the damaged shingles on the remaining two slopes. The claim took over a year to sort out. Jim and Mike came out to my home numerous times to meet with the adjuster, wrote letters on my behalf, made phone calls to the adjuster and his supervisor. They stuck with me throughout the negotiations with the insurance company. In the end, the insurance adjuster agreed with Jim and Mike. My entire roof was replaced. On the day of the roof replacement, Classic’s crew arrived right on time and did a fantastic job. We have a number of plants and bushes around the house; none were damaged. Work Description: Painted entire interior of newly purchased house. Walls, trim, ceilings. Also patched several areas with drywall issues, nailed in molding, repaired popcorn ceiling patches, removed COUNTLESS old nails/screws in walls.
Comments: Mike and Jim are fantastic, and Jimmy and his crew were wonderful. They responded to my request promptly, provided a quote, and completed the work rapidly, even when there were several unexpected issues to deal with (ceiling repair, etc). The painting crew was extremely professional, and their work was excellent. The cost ended up being a bit higher than expected, but there were numerous issues that were discovered once the project began, and they were prompt about dealing with everything that came up. One small suggestion (not even really a complaint!): make sure to clarify ahead of time regarding the number of paint colors covered in the quote, as it's not clear in the contract.We love Classic Property Solutions, they are professional, friendly, prompt, and courteous, and their work is very high quality!

Comments: It is my pleasure to write this recommendation for Classic Property Solutions,LLC (CPS). Recently we had CPS replace our roof on our corporate location in Bridgeport, CT. In the beginnings of the project I had requested proposals from 3 vendors. All 3 had returned proposal however CPS had taken the time to sit with me and review the condition of the roof, their recommendations on multiple options for both repair and replacement and had put together a multi page proposal which included pictures of problem areas.The time Mike and Jim spent with me made a great impression and built my trust in them.Ultimately their effort was rewarded with our accepting their proposal.They worked with us in getting the materials delivered and making arrangements so that our office,which is open 7 days a week, was uninterrupted. They met their deadlines and kept me informed of the progress regularly. They were professional and courteous to our staff.They also stayed right in budget which is very important to us.

Comments: These guys were nothing short of fantastic. Both the owners and their workers. How wonderful to deal with true professional contractors who do exactly what they say they're going to do, do it for the price you originally agree on and do the work in less time then first quoted. Their work quality is second to none and their clean-up (EXTREMELY important with a roofing job) left the job site spotless! Comments: Meeting Jim and Mike when I was getting estimates was a pleasure. They were porfessional and informative. Jim even dealt directly with my insurance company to help ensure I would not have difficulties with getting the work done. My new roof is beautiful. The work was done quickly, the workers themselves were professional, and while there was one small concern about clean up; Jim addressed it immediately ensuring the issue was resolved in less then 24 hours, and left pristine. In business, not everything goes perfect; what's important is that when something isn't exactly right, that it is resolved effectively and in a friendly manner. Jim absolutely accomplished that.
