Comments: Nick installed a Fujitsu 3-zone ductless mini split system for us. We really appreciated his hard work, problem solving mindset, and focus on doing a quality job. I have an old Victorian home built in the 1890s, which didn't make for the easiest install scenario due to unpredictable obstacles behind walls and no gap between my house and my neighbors; this required making the connections and laying out the line sets between the outdoor condensor and the indoor evaporators in ways that were often not the easiest. Nick was very patient with it all and in the end We were very pleased with the result. One of the things we appreciated most about Nick was that whenever we made suggestions or asked for something to be done a certain way, Nick did not get frustrated or try to take shortcuts like some other contractors We've worked with. He was really good about listening to feedback and interested in doing the best job possible. From our experience, it's unusual to find contractors that really take pride in their work like this. From working with Nick, We also got the sense that he would stand behind his work, and we're confident if we have any issues he would be there to take care of them in the future. Comments: My HVAC compressor could be turned on on but the fan does not run at all. Nick came for a quick diagnostic the first day and quickly suggested the fan needs to be replaced, with reasonable and transparent pricing. Comments: Quick Summary: do not trust Nick Fulciniti & team, do not give this company your money. They do not stand by their work, they will not correct their mistakes & negligence, and will ignore your calls when called out. They are not Carrier certified, although they will lie and tell you they are.Full story:
Had Nick install new HVAC in my home, and a split unit. First issue was they 'by mistake' installed the cheapest split unit they can find from Carrier, I had to check model numbers, which I did & they did not match what we agreed upon. After a lot of back and forth, and because Nick was not paid yet, they removed the cheap unit and installed what we agreed upon. I should have stopped it all here but I gave them the benefit of the doubt.
Then came the HVAC install; lots of issues. Had 2 certified Carrier reps come out to inspect & both reported the same issues.
-Incorrectly sized return, causing system to run badly/noisy/inefficiently
-drains incorrectly installed & dangerous
-emergency water pan switch not installed or configured in the system
-badly unsealed duct work, with major loss
Provided this information to Nick & Classic Home Services, requested a reasonable amount back to have issues fixed by a certified installer. Nick gave me the run around for months, said they would refund, then stopped answering my calls & blocked me - now cannot get anyone on the phone. Been 3 months. I have given them every opportunity to do the right thing. Terribly disappointing. I wish them the best and hope they can do better in the future, but I would/could never recommend them in any way.

Comments: Our air conditioner broke down and I called CHS HVAC Services. Within 30 min got a response and within 2 hours Nick was at my house. He got our air conditioner working in no time. I am so thankful given the heat wave we are going through as most companies are booked through next week due to the shutdown! Comments: This review is a long overdue.My heater went out a week before Christmas and we were freezing. I called Felix and he was literally able to be at my house within 20 minutes of my call. He checked it out and determined it was my main control unit was bad, a $500 repair. I told him I would have to think about my options (as if I had many) $$ is tight around the holidays. He said let me see what I can do. He called me back and said he found the part cheaper and he would discount his labor for me. My parents live in Saint Albans and the heat we have to endure in the summer is not a joke. They had to call Nick last summer when their AC stopped working, I think it was about 105 degrees that day.
