Comments: After asking if they could do a simple front door keyset and lock which they stated they could, after 5 hours of working on the door, very little progress was made. and they were ready to leave, When I reviewed the work, it was poorly done, the lock mechnisims were 1/4 inch sticking out from the door, they door handle would not turn essentially locking you inside. I had to show them how to properly core the holes in the door so the locks faces were recessed to the door, how to properly adjust the depth of the lock plunger. Eventually I let them go and finished the job myself. They used the old 1950's vintage screws instead of the new screws and I had to patch the all the holes in the door where they made mistakes. Other than that they were nice people just not competent in any carpentry work.Medford MA
