Comments: This was a very difficult job for the two gentlemen to complete as the Nursing home where they needed to run the Coax Cable through did NOT want it run on the outside of the building, rather all routed inside and minimal penetrations through sheet rock.They were able to haggle with the Executive Director of the Nursing home to allow them to do the job and get it done perfectly!

Comments: Awful experience. I was promised an itemized bid, as I made it clear I didn't know how many of the 4 items I wanted estimates on I would proceed with. Instead, received an outrageous lump sum bid to do basic work. When I contacted the owner about it, his response is "sales tax" is very high in my area, which had literally nothing to do with the fact that his bed was a multiple higher than all of his competitors. He promised to itemize the bid, and then when he didn't, he told me he wouldn't work with me. Bottom line is he's perfectly content charging way more than other contractors and, when challenged on the basis for his pricing, he refuses to stand behind it and justify it with line items as is standard for reputable electricians.UPDATE:
After Cesar responded with his text below, I thought it necessary to correct him privately, and here. He took my comment about doing the work with his "eyes closed" completely out of context. Rather, after his estimator broke his promise to send me an itemized bid, and after the owner of C.I.R. Electric likewise broke his promise to send an itemized bid, I challenged him on his pricing, which is multiples higher than his competitors. Specifically, I noted that his estimator told me how "easy" moving an existing smoke alarm five feet was, and asked of his outrageous bid that he refused to break out by line item, how much it would cost me to move the smoke detector five feet, because an electrician could do that work with his eyes closed, as his own estimator acknowledged. He refused to deny that he was charging me $1000 for that service, despite my asking him multiple times. The bottom line is his prices are not even close to in line with industry standard, as noted by multiple other reviewers here and elsewhere, and when asked to justify his pricing, he refuses.

Comments: Price was average to slightly higher. Most important was I paid to have a permit for the work to be Inspected. I was told the inspection would take place in 24 to 48 hours 9 days passed I heard nothing, when I inquired the status I was told there was a problem with the permitting! This is in addition to the total job taking 5 days and 2 time changes.Seattle WA

Also, I was disappointed that the last hour that they were on site doing the work, one of the electricians was not wearing his face mask.
