Work Description: Handyman

Comments: I requested a variety of jobs to be done. The first time one person came and was there for almost 2 hours and only got one light pendant taken down. He left and said he would be back, but took a longer time than he said. I canceled him. I spoke with Kevin via text. Kevin said he would do the job on Monday. Sent Kevin a text early that morning to confirm. I did not hear from Kevin until later that morning stating someone was at my home. No call or confirmation prior to coming. I wasn’t home and I assumed all the jobs were done so I paid Kevin. When I got home, I found out that the sound bar was not mounted correctly and the bathroom fixture was not done. I texted Kevin immediately and still no word. I have sent him several messages in which he has read and still no word. Unreliable, does not complete the work properly, and will not complete the job. Not a pleasant experience.

Work Description: Rebuilt Deck

Comments: I hired them to rebuild my deck. They used cheaper materials than promised. Failed to build the steps to code. Afterwards they delayed and finally failed to ever show up to fix anything.
