Comments: I live in a condo on Michigan Avenue. Our technician was: 1) Prompt. He arrived at his appointments on time and kept in communication with us before his arrival. 2) Efficient. He analyzed the problem with our furnace immediately and got the correct parts from his supplier by the next day. Reasonably priced. The cost of the repairs were much less than an estimate by another heating company. Thorough. He was careful with his work and even checked for gas leaks.I have recommended Chiwest Heating Company to our HOA and will continue to use and recommend their service.
