Work Description: A/C Repair
Comments: I cannot say enough good things about Eli! My central air broke a few days before a heatwave. He fit me in to his schedule with less than 24 hours notice. He arrived on time and was extremely thorough with evaluating all possible causes of my issue. The problem was thoroughly explained to me and Eli already had a plan to remedy it. He even coordinated having a defective part replaced under the manufacturer warranty (which was above and beyond since he did not do the original install- I’m not sure many other people would have done this for a customer). I will absolutely call him for any HVAC issues I have going forward.-
