Work Description: Air Conditioning replacement

Comments: ****STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY**** Let's first start with the fact that the technician Kevin has never once kept his word on his timing. I gave so much grace with this company because they were 3 days late coming to install my unit due to issues with their service vehicle. Then when the service vehicle was repaired the owner Carl advised me that Kevin would be here between 9-12 last Tuesday to start on the repair. Kevin did not arrive until almost 2pm that day. He could not complete the repair on the same day because he came so late and daylight was fading and he claimed that his eyes could not adjust, so he had to schedule a time to come back the next day Wednesday to complete. He scheduled us for 9am the following day and had the nerve to not show up until almost 2pm AGAIN to complete the repair. I still was hopeful that all was well and was happy to support a B.O. B. After all of this, I still remained pleasant and appreciative. However things have taken a turn for the worst. Last night we noticed that our Master Bedroom carpet was wet. This morning there was far more water on the floor and we noticed that we now had water damage to our living room ceiling. The technician Kevin did some extremely shoddy work on this installation (pics attached for review). This faulty installation is now presenting water damage to my home that I fully expect this company to fix.

1. They charged me $200 for a secondary drain pan that we did NOT receive. Please see the pictures of the rusted old drain pan that was reused. Rust does not happen in 5 days.
2. He failed to pitch the drain pan correctly so that the water can drain into the drain hole so now we have water draining from our attic into the beams of our inner walls into our Master Bedroom floor and also into the Living room ceiling (photos attached)
3. There is also water water on the opposite side that is flooding into our attic space and causing damage.
4. They charged me $300 for a Haul Away fee, however Kevin left all of his boxes, pallets and trash sitting in my driveway even after I asked him to remove it post installation.

Please know that I will be pursuing this company directly for any and all damage caused to my home due to their faulty repair and for our out of pocket remediation expenses. There is no possible way that this is prior damage as our A/C has not been on since late July. This is unacceptable! They were sent here by my home warranty company ORHP whom I have also escalated these issues to. They need to remove them as a contractor expeditiously! DO NOT ALLOW THEM TO ASSIGN THIS COMPANY TO YOU. YOU WILL REGRET IT!

Comments: The install begins on Wednesday the 16th , due the biggest problem was due to transformer having issues which effected our home and the home next door which the problem of the flickering lights responsibility was Oncor Elec Serv. So with that great news we where able to go a move forward with some more updates to the home which was given a quote and the job will begin Wed. Carol and his team have been very informative very polite very concerning and careing of our needs and very fast to respond back with and questions or concerns that I may have . I am looking forward to working with them. At this point i would recommend them for all my. Neededs. And thanks for begeinning so honest.
