Work Description: Remove delaminated and peeled areas of the existing applied coating. Scrape peeled paint on facia and doors. Seal windows and all cracks with cauking. Clean and prep for paint and retexture bare areas. Paint exterior of house, facia and exterior sides of one front and two back doors.
Comments: The painters did a good job with the paint but while checking the job after finished I found several areas where the original delaminated coating had not been removed. While discusing this with the lead painter he told me that his supervisor had told him to paint over these areas. The painter did repair the obvious areas on the front of the house that I found but if I had had the time to go over the entire house I am sure their are more of these areas. I discused these areas where the original textured coating had delaminated with the supervisor before the job was started and it was agreed these areas would be scraped off and the bare block would be preped with texturing and primed before being painted. I feel sure that warranty work may be required in the future if remaining areas crack and peel.

Comments: They were fantastic, very clean and subtle, great experience. People in the neighborhood commented on how good they were with the cleanup.-
