Comments: I was hired illegally by Jason under the table and he never ended up paying money he owed not just to me but others thousand of dollars . He also under does his work making sure he gets a Check from the client and barely uses anything towards the job or his workers everything goes to the pockets he also does illegal drugs at the job sites while he’s working and and nobody should hire this company they are just horribly at communicating at all. He uses cheap material after assuring to the client he’s using high end material just to get an extra dollar out of the client Jason is highly unprofessional at everything he does and I highly recommend not to go through them at all not for employment nor to hire just horrible companyParker CO

Comments: I want to share our horrible experience with a General Contractor that goes by Cardinal Construction LLC, owned by Jason Busbee, (also operating as Cardinal Holdings LLC, Cardinal Company, C Company, and Falko Realty/Cardinal Holdings, Falko Realty LLC). I strongly advise others to be cautious and consider alternative options when seeking construction services.I have paid almost $30,000 to Cardinal Construction for a project that still remains incomplete and has left my basement unlivable with significant property damage. This company took advantage of our patience, our kindness and overall trust we confided in Jason and his companies.
From the start, the project has been plagued by mismanagement, delays, and unprofessional conduct. The project was poorly managed from the start, with work either started late or not done at all, requiring constant follow-ups. Despite all of their promises of a quick turnaround, the project dragged on for months. Cardinal Construction assured me multiple times that workers would be on-site, prompting me to take my family out of the house to accommodate them, only to find no one showed up to work. This happened repeatedly, causing significant inconvenience and stress.
Cardinal Construction continued to delay and pushed back completion dates, offering various excuses and habitual lying. One notable falsehood involved blaming my neighbor for filing a complaint with Douglas County, supposedly resulting in a need for an inspector visit. This was untrue which caused unnecessary tensions between a neighbor and I and only served to delay the project further. Cardinal Construction also failed to pull necessary permits and lacked proper licensure for certain installations. Additionally, after calling Douglas County they informed that Cardinal Inspections has had multiple unfinished projects and inspection failures.
Their financial mismanagement, lack of integrity, deceptive business practices has left my family with significant stress and unresolved issues, including the potential threat of liens from unpaid subcontractors.
Adding to the frustration, three subcontractors came to my home demanding payment, claiming they had not been paid by Jason. One subcontractor even screamed through my basement window, demanding money and questioning why his calls were being ignored while Jason was working at my property. A few weeks later, another subcontractor showed up asking for $4,400 because a check written from Cardinal Construction had bounced. Additionally, a carpet installer informed me that he had also been refused payment and his calls were being ignored.
This post is to inform home owners, subcontractors and any persons to stay cautious when dealing with this company.

Comments: These guys are great!! There knowledge of both construction and engineering blows anyone away. Not only are they absolute pros of construction, they also are real estate brokers and used that knowledge to guide us through where it makes the most sense spending money to ensure we get the long term value. On top of that they truly built the most amazing deck and outdoor kitchen that I have ever seen.-
