Work Description: Install fire pit + other work
Comments: If I could give him a 0 I would. Dylan is incredibly unprofessional and has terrible customer service. He finishes about 75% of the work and then ghosts you and moves onto another project. He lies about what he can and cannot do and the work he does do is never what is pitched in the bid as he likes do do his own thing. He forgets stuff in his own bid and promises he makes to try and fix problems he creates and when confronted with his own bids and his own texts and emails he becomes combative and says that he never said those things or at least didn’t mean what he said and then proceeds to ask for more money. His mail coupons and ads seem professional but are all a ploy to get you to give him your money so he can do a sub par job. Do not use this company!!!Federal Way WA

Comments: Raised the price twice after the initial quote. Job was left unfinished and the contractor took zero ownership for not having enough material delivered and didn't offer any solutions to get it finished. Really disappointing considering we have multiple other projects to have completed.Milton WA

Comments: Dylan was very responsive at first. Sent him pictures of my pond and he asked when he could come out. I responded with the times I was available and then no response for several days. I sent a text again yesterday asking when he could come out. Still no response almost 24 hours later.If he couldn't do the job or didn't want to, then tell me. But to blatantly ignore me twice is rude and unprofessional. You lost my business whether you wanted it or not and working in the real estate industry, I'll make sure NOT to recommend your company to anyone.
