Work Description: Leaky Faucet
Comments: The plumbers and and agents are excellent. The management is awful. I have been waiting for a faucet to be repaired for almost 2 months! They will not return calls. They promise to call back and don't. You have to sent text messages to get any response and then only the agents reply and while they are nice, they seem powerless to resolve issues.I hope the owner of this company sees this. I would never recommend Brickstreet. If they had not already been paid I would take my business elsewhere.
