Work Description: leakage around toilet area
Comments: My bathroom floor is wet and I don't know where the water is coming from. I called the Matthew Brennan company and they told me that there is a small drip from the valve and he will put another valve. He did not tell me the price. After installing the valve, he told me that service charge for estimating is $100 and charges for adding a valve is $26. I told him that the estimate is free. It says free estimate on their website. I called them before to get an estimate for replacing a sewer pump and they did not ask me for money. At this time, since I let them to work with the intention that estimate is free and valve charges will be minor. But the person never told me and at the end he gave me a bill of $126 for adding a valve. I don't think I will never call this company again for my plumbing needs.Highland Park NJ
