Comments: What finally made us choose Braz Masonry was that they have a lot of experience, they used good equipment, and they had really nice features. We had a terrible experience once before (with another company). We really wanted a company that would not let us down. They ( Braz Masonry ) did a fantastic job. The customer service was incredible. There was always someone to answer questions. They were pretty fast. We would absolutely recommend them. Comments: husband and I knew our pool... My husband and I knew our pool needed a complete makeover, but we procrastinated doing the work because we didn't want to deal with the aggravation normally associated with construction. A neighbor of ours recommended Braz Masonry and after meeting with them and having them explain what the project would entail, we felt very comfortable about the renovation process. Our pool needed new tiling, coping, plastering and decking. Braz Masonry did a terrific job. Their work was meticulous, their workers were very courteous and they kept their word about the time frame the job would be done in. Work Description: Stamped and stained pool deck, patio, and sidewalk.
Comments: I hired Braz in spring 2014. He seemed to be very knowledgeable and experienced. He showed lots of pictures of his work. The work looked good when he was done. My concern was that he refused to use any wire or rebar, and stated he was using high strength concrete with fiberglass. He said it should no ever crack but if it did he could repair it and make the repair look like part of the stamping. Now that I have several cracks, and he is gone with over $10K, I can not get a call back or any response. I will be glad to share photos.
