Comments: Thomas (owner) and his assistant were on time, did an incredible job, spent all of the time they needed, answered all of my questions, and cleaned up after themselves. They hauled away all of the old AC unit and Air handler as well as old concrete pad. (My heat pump was much bigger than the AC unit so my old concrete pad needed to be replaced). Comments: Gave me price over the phone. On time. Thomas (owner) easy to understand, gave me solid price over the phone. Added $100 because of very tight attic space. Thomas there for install. Had it all setup and working within about 3 hrs.His crew could be better with people skills. Both ask to use restroom and used it, which is not to good and don’t expect them to be wearing plastic shoe covers.
But hey, they did a hard job with the air handler in attic in heatwave hot weather.
Cooling good and all went as planned!
Would recommend highly however, you’ll have to do a little cleanup work afterwards.
