Borealis Custom Construction, LLC is a general contracting services company that recognizes that the projects we work on are often some of the biggest expenses' homeowners take on. We have seen too many times Contractors trying to win jobs based on price and they use the cheapest possible products for the most amount of profit and we know there is more to this business than that. We develop friendship with our clients based on, Respect, Communication, and Integrity to anticipate your needs.


About Us
Borealis Custom Construction LLC was founded by two Engineers Eric Leffler and Shaun Schneider. Buddies in College both graduated with Bachelor of Science Degrees in Mechanical Engineering Technology and went to work for the same fortune 500 company. While with this company they learned many of the procedural efforts and systems that promote repeatable customer, vendor, and employee interactions. Before meeting each other Shaun and Eric had already had experience in remodeling. After graduation they started building flip houses together to increase their income. After building relationships with suppliers and subcontractors and seeing how so many contractors simply wanted to do the least amount of work, use the cheapest possible products for the most amount of profit they knew there was more to this business than that. Seeing this gap in the industry Eric and Shaun then formed ELSS Total Home Solutions and went to work remodeling houses full time. ELSS was a successful company but the name (their initials) was difficult for people to remember. Eric and Shaun wanted to build a brand that was easily recognizable, easy to remember, and had a culture that employees, customers, and vendors could all be a part of. Borealis Custom Construction, LLC was formed simply to build a brand that everyone could be a part of.
