Comments: DO NOT TRUST HIM! I hired him after he passed me his card, he was anxious to come to my home at 9am the next day (that should have been the first red flag and the fact that he returned my call after 10pm) anyways long story short I paid for materials that I don't even believe he bought, 4 outta 6 of the sockets were not working and he promised he would come back first on Friday than on Monday by Thursday he said he would repay me $65 and of course I haven't heard from him since, my fault for paying him before the job was complete (lesson learned) but it's a shame it be your own people after I told him I really couldn't afford the work but I know it needed to be done DO HIRE HIM just because he passing out cards doesn't make him legit 🚩🚩Park Forest IL

Comments: DO NOT TRUST HIM! He was anxious to come to my home at 9am we settled on him coming at 3:30pm. I needed some electricity work done and a TV mounted he mounted the TV replaced the socket upstairs in the bathroom, I also needed about 4 sockets in the kitchen replaced, I should've known his fast talking azz was being slick, long story short, he didn't finish the job I payed him to do. I know I should not have payed him until the job was completed but he assured me he would come back the next day, then of course his wife got sick and said he would make it Monday, never heard anything from him when I texted him, he told me he would refund me $65 because it was too much going on and he couldn't make it. I haven't heard from him or received a refund. He was passing this same card out when I met him so I assumed he was legit and reliable, I was wrong, don't make the same mistake I did, shameful it be our own people and he could have made even more money just being honest, I got more work that needs to done around here. Work Description: Repair a leak and damaged floor in bathroom.
Comments: Found Bob the builder through Angi on Sept.10. Bob came about 3pm. We live in a mobile home. Bob tore up the floor in the bathroom and discovered it was was wet and moldy. He went under the house to find the leak. Discovered it was a leak coming from the shower. He cut a hole in the bathroom wall to look the leak. Not there. Had to cut another hole in mud room, behind shower, where the leak was.On Tuesday he fixed the leak.
He came back Wednesday and fixed the hole in the bathroom. Stayed for about a half hour.
Was supposed to come back Thursday to fix the floor. We agreed on noon, he came at 1:30 with no plywood for floor.
He text me Thursday that he would be late on Friday. I called him and explained that he couldn't keep changing times on us.
He texted me saying he didn't feel comfortable finishing the job and we should get someone else.
It then took him another 9 days to pick up his tools.
The main problem we had with him was he kept changing the times he would be at our house to finish the job,

Comments: Bob (Bobby) was great. I had 3 doors that either needed new thresholds, weather stripping and adjustments. He got all 3 doors working properly. I can now rest assured of not having a drafty house and having to pay big heating bills.-
