Description: I have been in the trades for over 30 years. I am now a 1 person shop (except for other subcontractors when needed, plumber or electrician etc.) I don't have crews anymore as their quality of work is not always up to my quality. You call my shop, you get me not a secretary or crew member. You have questions, it me that answers them. I treat every home as if it were my own. At lot of times people say, :"Don't worry about the mess". (like outside tracking of water or dirt but I take precautions with floor covering or dust control.) I have a zero punch list when I'm done (Little items that need to be done at the end). I do the work correctly and don't have callbacks. I was taught to do it right or don't do it at all. I'm very picky about my work and have a very good reputation because of my work ethic and customer service.

I love to make people's dreams come true, be it small or large within my realm of skills. Some artists create with music and some with a color palette. Mine is creating peoples' ideas and dreams with construction materials.

What sets us apart from other contractors: In chronological - 1st and foremost, I listen to what the customer wants. I then devise a plan that works with the building codes and the given area to work with. 2nd is my attention to detail, I'm picky and 3rd is my cleanliness. I keep the site clean all day, not just at the end because it makes for better results with the project. Some even tell me its cleaner then when I got there.

We are best known for: daily communication with the homeowners to make sure there are no questions. If not it makes for surprises later on. If the client know what the day's goals are, and what is next, it keeps everyone on the same page. That is the time to make sure they have all their questions answered.
