Work Description: Pilot light wouldn't stay lit.

Comments: This was the worse service. The technician did not address the problem. He only created a worse problem. There was nothing wrong with the motor. Yet he tried to convince me there was. On top of that he tried to convince me to purchase a new one which would cost over $2100 and to replace the ignitor which would cost over $700. He also said it would be better to replace the furnace which would cost between $8,000 & $10,000. When I told him I didn't have that kind of money he says no problem we finance. By the time he left my home the motor was making an ear piercing noise which wasn't there before. So angry because I know he tampered with my furnace causing a problem that wasn't there before and trying to push me into a very very expensive repair that I feel he created.

Comments: Estimator arrived on time and gave us a good price. Install team arrived on time, with way too many people - including trainees. After they left we noticed strange noises coming from one of the furnaces. I called and they promised to have the install lead get back to me. The next day I called again and this time they sent out a tech. He found the furnace was not wired properly to the thermostat, and the fan was not running. Minor fix, and now all is great. We should not have had them here twice to get to this point though!
