Comments: Estimator arrived on time and gave us a good price. Install team arrived on time, with way too many people - including trainees. After they left we noticed strange noises coming from one of the furnaces. I called and they promised to have the install lead get back to me. The next day I called again and this time they sent out a tech. He found the furnace was not wired properly to the thermostat, and the fan was not running. Minor fix, and now all is great. We should not have had them here twice to get to this point though!Baltimore MD
