Comments: Okay let me preface this with some background info. My roof hadn't been upgraded in over 35 years and we were battling leaks almost every rain storm. We knew we needed a new roof asap but the pricing we were getting from every roofing company was a little out of reach for us. So we were resolved to patch up the areas every now and again, and it would usually hold for a year or so, until we had to deal with more leaks and water damage. We were doing this for several years.Then we met with raja and Rose roofing and waterproofing
He took a look and assessed the damage. We knew it wouldn't be pretty because we were patching for years and were fearful he was going to charge as high as all the other roof contractors.
He quoted us a price.
Every other company we called for estimates was almost double what raja quoted us.
And he wrote up a contract in which he clearly outlined the materials he would use, including replacement and repair of all areas of wood rot and water damage, then laying down a new roof.
His 18 guy crew were up there working non-stop all day long for almost a week. We could hear them hammering, and blowtorching all day long.
They finished the job.
Then came the test.
We had several days of unrelenting down pouring rain, pummeling our new roof.
Not a single drop entered the house.
Fantastic job at an amazing price.
It was just about half of what other companies wanted to charge, including a warranty guaranteeing his work.
I am incredibly impressed.
My experience with this roofing company was great.
We are very happy we decided to use them.
