Comments: Any one can look good when things run smoothly, but the true test comes if there is an issue, are they responsive ?,do they problem solve?.l am happy to say that this company passed that test with flying colors. They installed a flat roof for me and l wasn't fully comfortable with how it looked even though it was inspected and fully permitted by the town.Eli one of the bosses sent a crew out, they looked at it and said it did not meet their high standards, they took the whole thing off,including the underlying original roof and replaced it for me.lt was a bit of a process because the weather didn't cooperate and l needed to reinforce the balcony but Eli was there every step of the way.You will not meet a nicer or more personable man.l was very impressed by his professionalism and commitment.
