Comments: Three phone calls to Jeff to fix the skylights which are still leaking on my wood floors; every time it rains I’m using two buckets! He has yet to call me back and fix the skylight! Whatever sealant they used was not put completely around the skylight! Now my wood floors are buckling and I’m trying to have it fixed in order to sell the house!!

Comments: Jeffrey immediately scheduled Daniel to come out and give me an estimate and on the spot complete my repair the next day(Saturday)by noon. They treated me fairly on price even though it was a small job. Jeffrey followed up the same day to make sure everything was performed to our satisfaction, and assured me Belcher Roofing would stand behind the repair. We will definitely use this company for any future needs.

Comments: cannot speak to quality of work until it rains again. also, workers did not speak English so prolonged communication misunderstandings. reasonable rates; Estimator/foreman(?) willing to work with me. best though is that they got to work right away; unfortunately, cancelled 2-3 times before came out.
