Comments: If you are in need of a good plumber, I strongly recommend Oscar C of Bay Plumbing. I was having problems with the cool water flow in the bathroom faucets and in the shower. Oscar C was very knowledgeable in plumbing. He looked at the different possible reasons why the problems might have existed. He found the main cause of the problems and fixed it. Comments: It was my fortune to catch Oscar at a good time to respond quickly. From the time he called (at 2:02) to say he could come right over, he arrived as promised (earlier than estimated), confirmed the PG&E techs assessment of a thermocouple issue, left with part information, returned with correct part, installed, came to successful restart of our water heater and cleaned up by 4:10. All this for an old GE model that is no longer made. Pretty impressive on a hot day. Thank you Bay Plumbing and networx.San Jose CA
