Work Description: Bathroom Remodel
Comments: There’s no way that the 5 star reviews are true! Tim and his wife are the biggest cons in the Midwest. Just Google his name, or better yet… look up his info on the public online portal at the will county courthouse, both him and his wife have been sued multiple times for the con they are running! I’m not sure why neither of them haven’t been prosecuted yet. They’ve been at this for awhile now. It’s sad because we all work too hard for our money for people like him to take it and never do the work, or doIt poorly.

Comments: Tim is not capable of managing a remodel project. He is terribly unorganized, mis manages money, and is generally very bad at the basics of construction. Every wall and soffit he created is curved or unlevel. The ceiling slopes, the cabinets and crown were hung uneven, we had to rip out the tile he installed in the shower because it looked like a kid cut it. He didn’t finish any aspect of the job fully. He started off working a somewhat full day, then he started making excuses for why he wasn’t showing up or showing up for an hour and leaving. We finally had to cut our loses 12 weeks into a 4 week project and fire him. The new contractors we hired laughed at the work he did. Please do yourself a favor and run away from this guy!St. Charles IL

Comments: Beware of this man. He will take your money and run. Make excuses, ask for more money and then never do the job. I am not the only one. He is a con artist. Him and his wife post all their home renovations and new purchases on their social media. Probably with the money they steal from customers.Montgomery IL

Work Description: Basement
Comments: I hired Tim to complete a large project for my home. At our initial meeting he told me it would take 4-6 weeks to complete and he would be working from approximately 8-6 everyday. Things started off great and then suddenly went downhill, he started showing up at random times during the day, working for an hour and then leaving for hours, sometimes coming back and sometimes not. He seemed to do everything he could to cut corners on work and take the cheapest way out. Numerous quality issues and excuses started happening. He began to not respond to text messages or calls and it would take days to weeks of constant contact before he would finally show up again and say he would be working the whole day then only put in an hour or two of work and then disappear for weeks again. The project dragged on for many months and was never fully completed yet he took all my money and now will not return phone calls or texts. What I have been left with is a poor quality unfinished job that I now have to spend $1000s of dollars to have another contractor fix and complete. DO NOT HIRE THIS GUY. Work Description: Basement remodeled
Comments: Tim was excellent at what he did for us. He remodeled our basement as well as finished several projects I wanted done. He had several innovative ideas which we incorporated. His carpentry work looked great. The bathroom looks exceptional and the additional work I had him do was all done professionally. I had him take out a closet to enlarge my office, put additional insulation in the attic and additional air vents in the sunroom. Tim works throughout the week and weekends day and night, whenever you let him. The best contractor I have ever worked with.

Work Description: He did a lot of construction in my house (roofing, painting, hardwood floor, and more).
Comments: Tim is the best! I would recommend him to anybody.-
