Work Description: His name is Bert. He is unreliable and blows out numbers without even calculating the job. Do not waste your time. He never showed up after the first visit due to a property he has in another state that was being sited for being a blight on the community. He had to leave town suddenly
Comments: I would not recommend even calling this guy. He doesn't follow through with anything. He was rude and insistent that a 5 day job would take up to 90 days. He doesn't have a crew and does not do the work himself. He's full of hot air and super inflated 'guestimates". Not a great representation for his colleagues. I got the work done by picking up business cards in the community. Easy fix. He told me the first time we met he had two guys working with him. Then he said he had five guys that would all have to drive their trucks and the reason it would be thousands of dollars was due to the cost of gas. He's a dreamer and not a doer. After three weeks I was still waiting on the first written estimate he promised he would send that evening.Gainesville FL

Work Description: On time and didn't waste time. Was very helpful and did a nice job.
Comments: Was a little sloppy at times but cheerfully corrected any and all problems. Would definitely use him again and have no problem recommending him to anyone.-
