Comments: Tracy basically defrosted the fridge and charged me 300.00. Was supposed to come back and put a fan in. He was guessing as to what was wrong with it. He could never figure it out. He never
Came back. I had to load it and take it to another place. They fixed it for 60 bucks. I don’t think Tracy knows what he’s doing. Beware.

Comments: Tracy is what an appliance repair person should be. Friendly courteous, very knowledgeable and do quality work. I was going to trash my refrigerator but he talked me out of it and he said he knew what was wrong. When he got to my house, he fixed my refrigerator and within two hours it was humming and working like it should

Comments: They did the electrical on my home, very knowledgeable in what they do. They stay busy most of the time so it is a little hard to get in touch but they do a good job and they do it right. Definitely worth the money!

Comments: These guys were fantastic, my microwave/convection oven would not heat, they ordered parts and it worked for a short time and went out again. After further inspection it was determined my microwave was fried from an electrical surge. The good news is they found a replacement oven with a great warranty at a discounted price. Came back and installed it, and I couldn't be happier. One other thing, when they tell you they are coming, they will be there for you.

Comments: They came over to fix my dryer and we found out part cost more than dryer was worth.. they charged me service call and an hour of their time .. but in exchange they went shopping for a dryer finding one that was a steal and a big discount. Picked it up .. delivered and installed it ..then they hauled the old one off.. Brad and Terry treated me fairly and did everything they could to make sure I was satisfied.. very nice people to do business with.. would definitely recommend..

Comments: The owner, Tracy, was super nice and helped me out
with everything I needed to be done. I needed a
computer screen replacement and he did it quickly
and professionally. I must say, I will definitely be using
this company again. Update: 02/17/2022 I could not
get my computer to work at all, it would not turn on
and I did not know what was wrong with it. I saw his
business cards displayed at the grocery store and
asked him if there was anything he could do to fix it
and he had my computer up and running within a day,
there was something wrong with some wire or
something and he fixed it for me but he was sweet
about everything and never gave me any trouble.
Update: 02/17/2022 He did good and replaced my
phone screen. It works like new now.

Painters who don't have any tools of they own ex: paint brushes, masks, ladder, nothing
Had to hire someone else to do what they were supposed to do...
England Air Conditioner Company repaired all the horrible mess that was done to my air conditioner.
customer answered the call crying and saying she didn’t have much money to work with, we went to residence and have a quote for 850 because we felt sorry for the customer bc she was sobbing and saying she didn’t have much income, we made several trips to customers house and did not charge any extra for that, hired another painter to finish the job bc we were short handed due to an employee quitting, helped her find ac parts that would cost her 500 for a cheaper price and ordered and installed her ac parts free of charge because she said she didn’t have the money to hire someone to do so, also we gave the customer a window ac and a fan to keep her cool while ac was being fixed free of charge. once we installed parts in ac unit we tested and it was working, tried to contact customer several times and neighbors said she had been gone for a few weeks, when customer responded she stated she was in the hospital. there were a few contractors that came out including electrician that came out while ac was being fixed and stated she came to them for help crying and that she still owes them money and they also did work free for her. As far as stealing supplies, we have been in business for over 12 years and have never stolen anything from customers or have reason to and we have over 400 customers that can verify that. All supplies including paint sticks and ladder belonged to us, only thing customer purchased was paint, masks and extra brushes.
