In 2017, Rick listened to a call for change and transitioned the business from custom home building to construction restoration, a niche that allowed him to impart his knowledge of the construction process while making a difference in the lives of people affected by various circumstances in need of restoration.

Joining Rick in this venture is his son, Hayden Miller. As consultants, builders, and restorators, they've brought their shared love for construction, creativity, and problem-solving to this field, maintaining the same commitment to quality and uniqueness.
