Work Description: All of the energy was off in my media room and the bedroom next to it! I thought it was the breaker box! I was wrong!!
Comments: Alan came within about 45 minutes after our first conversation. He began with the breaker box. All was working fine outside. He tthen started checking light fixtures inside. He pulled several and discovered that there was plenty of juice coming in but there was a short somewhere! He was due on another job and said he would return the next day. Alan called and came within the 45 minute time frame. He and his partner stated checking more plugs. Finally they found the short in the bedroom behind my bed!! It was repaired and I am thrilled!! Their price was resonable for the amount of time they spent opening and sometime repairing wires in some if the fixtures. They are promt and have a lot of patience. Thank you AWG Electric!!Houston TX

Comments: Alan came to our house two times to fix our problem. We thought the problem was the low voltage transformer,but it was not the problem. Alan found a wired connection that was coroded and replaced the bad wire. Our problem is now fixed due to his efforts and professional skills. Our many thanks go to Alan.
