Work Description: Mowing the lawn and weed removal.

Comments: I used this company for snow removal and it was great. Then I needed lawn care this spring, not so good. Yelsy Monreal or Junior was the person that came out and gave me a quote. He wanted $1300 to pull weeds and cut the grass. I live on an acre with a large house. I agreed to $1000. I was out of town, he sent other people to do the work. They pulled weeds and never cut the grass. My husband wrote them a check thinking they would come back and finish the job. They never did. He will not return my request to finish the job or return part of the money back. I had to hire someone else to finish the job. This person was dishonest and disrespectful. The only reason I agreed to the amount was he was just getting started and my house is a new build and more than just a cut.

Comments: $150-$200 per hour is not realistic for picking up some pine cones. The estimate of $400.00 is super insulting. This should take you 1 or 2 hours at most for 1 person.
You won’t tell people what you charge per hour? No answer? Terrible way to do business.
Our estimate too you was $300. we gave you a fee for leaf removal/weed removal plus the pine needles and pine cones. we do quality work to guarantee the prices is well worth it we get charge too dump any debris removed from your property that’s the reason we gave you that price on the estimate. we apologize for any misunderstanding we do not charge per hour on these type of projects.
