Work Description: pool light
Comments: Horrible experience! Avi came to my house to fix the pool light. First he mentioned the GFCI breaker needs to change that costs $60( I did search the part online and it was only $40 at home depot). When he brought the part from his truck I noticed he is trying to install a USED breaker even though he was going charge me for a new one.I asked him to use a new GFCI breaker. He fixed the pool light and left, after 10 mins the light stopped working. Next day I had to bring another electrician to fix everything. We realized Avi used Arc Breaker instead of GFCI breaker and he messed up the wiring connection. I was told that we could get electric shock in the pool because of wrong wiring. Not even he was irresponsible about using the correct breaker, when I called him and asked for a refund he kept ignoring me.
I am so disappointed with his service.
Initially, when he finished his service, he was keep bugging me to put a 5 star reviews for him. Avi, if you wanna run your business long-term and keep your clients happy, you should improve your knowledge, be more professional and change your work attic, rather than looking only for 5 stars on yelp
