The total cost went up a little bit, but that was because several plywood sheets were found to be rotten and needed to be replaced with new ones. This had added to the initial cost estimate. The new roof is in great shape with GAF’s beautiful barkwood Timberline HDZ shingles. I am very happy with the work Aspen Contracting did for my house.Aurora OH

He continued to follow up numerous times with my insurance company and with his workers. He was totally responsive to every text, question and some minor problems with installation.
