Comments: The work was awful and I can’t even put a metal building on it because it has so much slope. There are spots where you can visually see it creates a bowl effect and now I don’t know what to do with this horrific piece of concrete on my property. You sent me terrible help! I need you all to fix this or give me my 5,000$ back!!

Work Description: Concrete Patios, Walks & Steps - Install

Comments: Honestly, the person who contacted me to do the concrete work after I submitted a request to Networx was Jordan Shunault at 662-401-8102. I assumed this person was supported by Networx and the concrete contractor you selected (otherwise how is it he is the only one who called me?). After approximately 3 wks, the concrete work is horrible!! I don't know how much it is going to cost me to fix this mess. It is uneven and not smooth at all. I am extremely unhappy.
Yes, I have to put a acid wash, & a seal gloss on your concrete project, the concrete ashes up, with a acid wash,& seal gloss it will look wet like when you run water on it, glad you are a great woman, I could hear it in your voice, I will be by soon, I will take care of it , as we just discussed on the phone, before & after I saw the review, it will be taken care of!!!
