Comments: Well it has been near 6 months and I can't get them back to my house to complete the installation. They damaged the unit during installation and destroyed my duct work. They came back and semi- fixed the duct work. They installed an air purifier to help with the odors that were being pumped throughout my house from the damaged ductwork. After that they were to come back and reattach the flashing from the unit to the house. I have called a dozen times and they won't fix it. The unit is still damaged from installation. They seem to not care. I paid in full and have not been treated well. They left old unit parts in my yard. Wiring and drywall all over the floor in my house. I was at work when installation happened. My wife was home but disabled and could not walk out of the house to check the work. They really didn't care. I got home and took pictures. This unit cost 9000 dollars. A lot of money for us. They have forgotten about us. We are not asking for anything but to fix the damage and connect the flashing.Antioch TN
