Still has hand rail to install and finish the the top.
Extremely messy.
Damage lawn scaping, but will NOT repair.
Very difficult to understand. Everyone spoke Mexican

sorry but when we do concrete works we just charger for the concrete not to do the final grade the costumer need to hire a company to do that and anything else i don't do rail either plus the language was not a problem in the beginning

Comments: Victor met with us and he seemed to know how to do everything we wanted. hopefully will commence work in a couple weeks, gave a down payment which does worry us due to all the scheming that goes on now a days. But if you don't have trust in some people what do you have?
this is for this costumer If costumer lose the deposit is because they want to cancel one day before we start working and we give two 2 weeks notice before we start working on this project Now I have my guys ready to start working and she decided to cancel this is not right For me or my employee's Now I have 3 days with my guys With no work because this lady decided to cancel and she wan all her money back She says she wanna do this work next year I said I will keep the deposit and I still respect her Total balance until we do this job Please if you wanna do your project Think twice before you give it theposit or sign the contract we're not here to play games with no one we are here to do you proyect and we follow through
