Comments: This company is not serious business, they hired Us and never pay the balance for the job. We did a set of plans for them and once they got what they needed the Project Manager Sergio Chaves started to make excuses that his boss doesn't want to pay, them pass the blame on their customer saying they haven't pay them and there is alway a new lie and excuse not to pay.-
