Comments: Bad communication from the very beginning. He would not return calls. He made promises he did not keep, only came to do the work at dusk with failing light. I was not treated like a paying customer. The sod he put down was inferior. He supposedly fixed irrigation sprinklers. They do not work. I called needing help and he showed up on short notice and spec’d out how many yards of sod and dirt to get my yard looking great. Arias has an eye for design and even impressed my wife with his landscaping knowledge and now how. Super fair price and an even better white glove service on a short notice. My yard looks amazing and couldn’t be happier with the results.
