Comments: I called the appliance professor Richard. I had his information from a card I had, when he showed up he fixed my ceiling fan, cost $89 for service call, I asked him about my dryer. He strongly suggested fixing it and he could do it. I zelle him $800. He said he would be here at noon For the service call to fix it and he never showed up. I think I just got robbed. I’m still waiting on him to show up he has his mailbox is full and he has not responded to any texts now for the last two hours. Praying I did not get played. When I questioned him paying in advance, the whole amount it didn’t seem fair. I asked him about a deposit. He said that wasn’t a big job. UghChicago IL

Comments: DO NOT USE! Richard and his "team" are terrible at communicating and keeping with times they promise. First contacted them in June to fix a sensor on a washer. despite quickly arriving for the first visit and taking our money it is now almost October and the sensor is still not replaced. He gave over 1/2 dozen various promised times to come do it. Including times as close as "I'll be there within 2 hours" only to NEVER show up or explain why until we had to chase him back down.
