Comments: They set up a time for an estimate. 15 minutes after the scheduled appointment I myself reached out to see where “ Diego “ is and why I had not been made aware that he would be late. 25 minutes later I get a reply saying they just reached out to their guy and he said he would be an hour and half late. Is that ok? Honestly it absolutely is not ok not advise someone that is waiting on you to leave them hanging..

Comments: After calling around to several other establishments to inquire about a quartz countertop for my remodeled kitchen, I decided to visit Apex Countertops because Diego was very friendly over the phone. I was not disappointed when I met him in person; he took his time to answer all our questions. The work was done in a few days because I was without a kitchen and he took that into consideration, which I genuinely appreciated. Both of my installers were polite and friendly as well and did a fantastic job with my countertop installation. Overall, I would give Apex Countertops a rating of 10. l will follow up with more pictures upon the completion of my kitchen. Thank you for the Fantastic Job Apex Countertops.
