Comments: The work was so poorly done that the house could not be sold in a whole year. Every potential buyer who came to inspect the house admitted that the house needed a re-rehab; a door was literally sitting on the carpet, making it hard to close. The master bedroom's carpet did not touch the wall on one side of the room. The windows were not properly installed. I do not recommend this contractor for a whole house rehab. He maybe is a good roofer but can't do any other work.Philadelphia PA

Work Description: Inspect roof leak outside and inside. Repair cracks in roof to prevent more leaks.
Comments: Anthony was extremely prompt replying to request. Phoned in minutes and set up appointment for the next day. Arrived on time. Took lots of photos to show the problem. Walked thru the scenarios of repair and roof was done that day. Took me up to show me the work and took photos to send to me for my files. 😊Philadelphia PA

Work Description: Repair of unsafe kitchen cabinets with broken hinges and no handles on the drawers, etc. Some shelves were in a lot of disrepair.
Comments: Anthony was very punctual and did a very good job repairing the old cabinets. The house is presently on the market and it now appears more attractive and safe for showings for would be buyers. Thank you for your prompt, professional service.
