Work Description: Maid Services
Comments: We had a date set for this cleaning service to clean my house. 15 minutes before arrival time, Angel Cleaning Service called me to tell me her car wouldn't start. She said she would call to state whether they'd arrive late or have to reshedule.By evening I had not received that phone call. The next day I called & had to leave a message asking whether they intended to follow through on their phone call. Finally the next day, having not heard back, I found another cleaning service.
I found Angel Cleaning Services to be professionaly inept. I waited 2 days for their promised call back. I think this is extremely rude. And VERY Unprofessional.
