Comments: Absolute disaster with Heating and AC, please read.So I had an AC problem, no cold, they did the work, but the system was still not working properly so had to call them back 3 times after to resolve the problems, luckily no charge but they were looking up what to do on their phones and took about 12 hours off my job (would have preferred to spend PTO elsewhere). They left some random piece of insulation on the floor afterwards but I felt bad asking them to come back to figure that out as the system was working finally. They gave some one year guarantee my mistake to trust them because the heater had an issue. I called and messaged them several times over the past months (start back in November, have the texts and phone records to prove) but they don’t respond. My place is freezing and its February now, I plan my cooking to stay warm, made multiple attempts to contact them but no response, I know I’m screwed but if I can help anyone in anyway please do not use this company.

Comments: First, make sure that "free estimates" are actually free (mine was $145). I was willing to pay it because I knew that there was extensive work required. However, after spending time with this company (who is apparently is only one person), he told me he would send me proposals the following day. When I called to follow up, he told me his "staff" had sent it. Nothing came to me! I followed up several times, and told him I minimally needed a quote for work required this weekend. He rushed thru a quote for this. I asked for copies of his insurance and license.. he did not send them. I asked another question via email, which was not answered. Tonight I called and was (again) told how busy his company is. I told him he was perhaps too busy to do my project. We discussed the $145 that should never have been charged, and he angrily said he'd refund. Still waiting.New York NY
