Work Description: New roof

Comments: Had new Owens Corning roofing on my home 1 year ago. Still trying to get the paid receipt and warranty. Sales rep Andrew will not return my phone calls. Talk to another office to no avail. Need paperwork for homeowners and transfer of warranty to buyers of my property. Have no idea why hungry roofers would go to such lengths to avoid a paid customer. Good thing I don't need any follow up on the job.

Comments: I wouldn't trust them. Had a new roof put on leaking on 4-6 spots won't even come look. Vary friendly before you sign.

Work Description: The repairs were:
- Cement on all popped up nail and exposed nail heads.
- Install metal roof screws per code on ridge and off ridge vents.
- Reseal flashing on electrical service post.
- Cement down loose hip and ridge caps.
- Diagnose a potential leak area that was determined to be from rain water backup from clogged up rain gutter and down spout.

Comments: First of all they called me within minutes to an hour of posting through the Networx online service (SUPPER FAST RESPONSE).
John was accurate of his assessment of current and potential problems. He was courteous (calling me sir), a diligent worker, gave me a fair estimate, and even came back the NEXT day (FAST) to do the repairs quickly and efficiently.

I do recommend this organization and I know who to call directly if and when I need roof repairs and eventually a new roof.
