Comments: Small job, but he kept saying you need this and that. I said just for replacing some shingles, I had a full bundle they where going to use. I said how much he spoke in spanish to 2 other guys and said $600! I said no way! He said h oh w much you pay I said $450. He laughed and said no way. I said ok another guy would be coming to look at my project. He said ok $450, you pay in cash right?! I said no check. My guess he trying to do off the books. He finished in about an hr. I did not feel comfortable with this guy. Would not hire again! I think he took advantage of me being 73 and he was just supplying the labor with my materials.Chicago IL

Comments: Very nice person. We moved to our new house on Feb, had several days pouring rain and water accumulates on the roof deck, two big water bubble between pad and wood. Rony came on time, figured out the issue, redo that small part and provide 5 years warranty, very reasonable price. high recommend.-
