Three day job turned into weeks. Always a sob story for money, need more cause storage unit is gonna get foreclosed on. My wife is divorcing me...ETC. Work Description: Fix holes in roof facia
Comments: Jeff Scott was the person I dealt with. After getting a vey inflated estimate to fix some holes in our roof area, I agreed to pay $800 dollars to have the issue remedied. Reticent to move forward after the big difference in quote I decided to trust Jeff and move forward. Jeff asked for half the estimate for materials which I agreed to. After several delays, Jeff told me he needed to rent a scissor ladder and would I mind paying an additional $800 dollars. I told Jeff no and that I would find someone with a ladder to complete the job. I requested that Jeff give me the materials he purchased and refund the balance of the deposit. Jeff is apparently not going to provide the refund for work not accomplished. This after telling me beforehand if I wasn’t happy with the job I wouldn’t have to pay anything. Terrible business practices with this outfit. I would highly recommend dealing with someone else.Summerville SC

Work Description: Privacy Fence and Front stairs
Comments: We're the dogs that have this huge new playground and safety now. Thank you Jeff! Mommy likes being able to just let us out to play.I wanted a local contractor. Jeff being able to handle other jobs was a huge bonus. While waiting on the permit for the fence, the front stairs were replaced and upgraded to meet the requirements that helped me with my disability.
Jeff was meticulous about the placement of the fence making sure it was where I wanted it. He dealt with all of the neighbors, including the highly toxic one. The fence on that side was dug in about a foot and made a foot taller to ensure the dogs were safe from diggers and jumpers. Any trees that had to be trimmed were cut into firewood and stacked for us to use later. He was able to anticipate changes I might want before I could think of it. They were not incorporated in unless I gave the final ok. I'm very comfortable that all of the dogs, from small to extra large, will be safe, my grandson will have a great yard to play in and my daughter in law and I will have no problems with the fence holding up to the berries we plan on trailing up everywhere. You become family while they are on site. I have every intention of using him again for other jobs.

And best part is they recommended everything I never had to worry about anything and it was affordable and done right the first time.-
