Comments: WOW!!! I don't really know HOW to rate this company now.. And, I'd really HATE to give the guy/Company Bad Review... Especially since he DID do great work, and seemed to be a Nice enough guy... at FIRST!!!Things started out GREAT!!! Albert Ceja came out, did an estimate for my family to do TWO Garage Door Installations. We came upon and agreed on a Set Price to do 2 Openers at 2 Locations... One for our Condo (In Baldwin Park on 9/8/2020), and 1 for my Mother In Law's Garage Door (In Compton on 6/7/2021). Both went off without a hitch. (My Mother In Law even gave him a BONUS CHECK for his services!!!) So, I called him back to do a Switch on the ORIGINAL Opener in Baldwin Park, since we'd bought a New Home, and I wanted to take this one with us. So, Albert Ceja came back to do the Switch (Baldwin Park- 6/3/2021). After doing the switch, we agreed that he'd keep the ORIGINAL OPENER until we got moved into our NEW Home, and he was SUPPOSED to bring that one out to my Mom In Law's Home... He forgot to bring it (I "guess"), so I told him to just hold onto it until we got moved into our New Home. But, it now seems like Dude has "GHOSTED ME"!!! Last time I talked to him, Albert had told me that he was in a Motorcycle Accident... I told him to get better, and gave him plenty of time to heal up and get better... Because I wanted to have him install a Automatic Gate Opener for my Mother In Law. This was about or at least 3 to 4 Months ago since we last spoke. Now, I've been calling and calling him... NO ANSWER!!! So, now it looks like we're out for a New Garage Door Opener. I've even warned him that if I don't her from him soon, I might have to take Legal Action... Just to get him to call me back. I STILL haven't haven't heard form Him OR the Company either returning Call OR to get the estimate on my mother In Laws Gate Opener... (Which he'd told me that he'd have his Father come out and do since he was injured form the accident...)
So, as I said. I really don't know HOW to rate them. When they came out do to the Work, they did and AWESOME JOB!!! But, this latest episode of NOT returning Phones Calls, or NOT finishing a job that they've already been paid for, AND for NOT RETURNING a Garage Door Opener that I've already paid for, leaves me me kind of Untrustworthy of this and other companies!!! I'd say to do scrupulous Homework when looking to and, getting these Companies to do work for you. And, I thought I'd done that. But sadly and obviously, not good enough... And, that mistrust had changed my rating for what WOULD'VE been Five Stars, to just a a 2 Star!! Sad thing is, all they had to do was call me back to rectify the situation!!!
