Comments: The work was satisfactorily completed, but I feel that I gouged on the price. My project was to change out two fittings on the 1/4" pipes under my kitchen sink, once I showed the tech what needed to be done, he said okay ket me check the price book. He came back and said it would be $400.00 plus parts, I told him that's a lot for such a minimal task. He replied that the price is actually $450.00 but he knocked $50.00 off. I again said that's a lot, his reply was it's not me, it's the company to which I replied, if you had the latitude to knock $50.00 of how are you telling me it's the company? I was in a jam so I told him to go ahead, 15 minutes later he said it's all done. He showed me a single fitting that he replaced, I again told him both needed replacing to which he complied. Then about 10 minutes later, he said all was done. I paid the exorbitant bill and sent the guy on his way. I feel that I was greatly overcharged for what was a minimal task, the guy spent more time talking about the price and all than it took him to complete the job.Cumming GA
