Comments: Andrew created my pool deck design from ideas I gave him. He crafted the deck perfectly! I have received many compliments on it. We use the pool deck frequently throughout the summer.I would also like to note that Andrew kept to his promised time line in regards to completion date, not compromising any of the workmanship. Andrew also took time to bring back unused materials to get a refund for me!
Since the pool deck build, I have called on him for other small fixes around my home. He built an entire door, frame and all, to enclose a room. Again, Andrew kept to his 2 day install time line, as promised!
Another call to Andrew to fix a vinyl gate on a fence, some sliding doors to make hinged swing doors, fixed damaged vinyl siding on my home, and a vinyl baluster on porch fencing to fix All finished in his promised time line and fixed perfectly.
Andrew is a contractor who aims to please his customers! He understands the importance of getting the job done quickly and efficiently.

This man Andrew Pontes is a SCAM. He took my $6000 in change and ran. Signed a contract to repair the porches, he never touched the job and took off with the deposit. The worse person to deal with, don't ever give him money, you will never get it back. Watch out people, you will regret for the rest of your life, i have.

I see that you keep changing your office addresses to avoid the court summon. Smart move, business without the office address. This go to show to people how legit and genuine of your operations. I have hired the Private Investigator to hunt you down, i will do whatever it takes to get my hard earned $6000 deposit that you took off since January 18th early this year. How far can you go with the $6000 by keep running away?

That was not my problem! you did not read your own contract and took off with the deposit for $6000 and did not even attempt to touch the work. You did not touch the work since you received the deposit and wanted to revise the contract for more money and blamed on the weather Folks, you are looking at a LIER, SCAMMER. What a joke, he told the court that his kid signed the court certified mail and that he did not receive. Good tried buddy! the court definitely believed you for that lie. We'll see what you will come up on the next trial. Good Luck!

Andrew Pontes, SCAMMER. You scumbag, you even scammed a 93 years old senior. The court ruled out that you have pay back all my deposit plus the interest since December 22nd, 2022. You haven't paid a penny yet. I know you reached out to my lawyer for a payment plan. Hell No! It's either full pay or unless you want to choose a warrant arrest! Your Dog Day Is Coming! I recently reviewed Andrew Pontes, owner of American Dream Builders, LLC and gave him 5 stars. However I gave him (his company) the review in the very begining of the job and should have waited until it was finished. Unfortunately he didn't finish the job and I paid him in full. I am now stuck with a room (loft) with an unfinished floor and no railing. He started the job on a Monday and on Friday he requested to be paid in full offering his word he would be back to finish the last room (loft). I paid him in full and he hasn't been back! I paid him for the complete job and he didn't complete it. I'm now stuck hiring a different contractor to finish the original contracted job and paying out more money! I learned a hard lesson-Don't pay the final payment until EVERYTHING in the contract is completed! Andrew is NOT a MAN OF HIS WORD.
