Comments: I needed someone to install a new pull-down ladder access in my garage. Tim was very respnsive coming out to the house to take a look at the project. I liked that he crawled up into the attic with me to look at the "bones" on the house which gave me a good feeling that he knew what he was doing. He was very willing to provide a reference whom I contacted and who shared pictures of the end product.The team he sent was very knowledgeable. When they opened ladder I had purchased, they right away saw it was slightly deformed. They gave me options on how they could re-build it to fix it but I opeted to replace it. Rather than rescheule my project, they accompanied me to the store to excange it. WOW!
Most of the work was done by the lead worker but it was definitely a two-person job. They were very precise with the woodwork and the cuts. They took the time to answer my questions as the project progressed and they took care of a few specific requests I had. They even made some measurements to help me precisely fit some plywood flooring and then helped me get the flooring up the stairs.
The project came out as good as I could have hoped and looks very clean and finished. Since he was so experienced in woodwork, I had him look at a future project and give me a bid. I will not hesitate to contact him when I am ready to move forward.

Comments: Make sure that you thoroughly pay attention to everything that's in your contract and make sure that he actually puts that stuff on the roof otherwise if he thinks you don't know he's going to try to skate by with doing the bare minimum and not actually put everything on the roof that is in the contract to make him a little bit more money although he charged you for that stuff because it's in the contract pay close attention
